The Worship Arts Ministry exists to enable all worshipers to sing praise to God the Father.
Oak Hills Church has six campuses in San Antonio and the surrounding area. We bring together many different cultures and worship experiences to lift our voice as we sing together. Each campus has a worship leader who leads a team of musicians and singers. There are opportunities to serve whether you play an instrumentalist or you are a vocalist.
Our desire is to lead the church to a deeper connection with God through music. We invite you to help us accomplish that whether you are an instrumentalist or a vocalist. We accept applications any time and we schedule assessments on a regular basis. We firmly believe that you cannot lead where you have not been, and while musical skill is a must, a sincere and surrendered heart to Christ is paramount. Come join our team, be a part of our community and let’s grow together!
The Worship Arts Ministry is comprised of three major parts; the bands and back ground vocalists (BGVs), the acousticteam, and the Singers.
Bands & Back Ground Vocalists
The bands and vocalists at each campus are a group of volunteers, both professional and amateur, who have a passion for worship and strong musical skill. Each team is led by a Worship Leader.
Acoustic Worship Team
This team is made up of volunteers who have a passion for worship and a love of acoustic music. This team is comprised of vocalists and instrumentalists serving with a Worship Leader. They serve at the 8:30 am service at the Crownridge campus.
The Singers are the large vocal group that lead worship on a monthly basis at our Crownridge campus. The group consists of volunteers from all campuses, both professional and amateur, who have a passion for worship and desire to use their vocal skills.
